Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Kier team based in Essex.

 

Location: Essex – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 5:00pm – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Salary: £[Insert Salary] – remove if not sharing

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering hard services across a designated account portfolio.

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensuring the asset base is accurate and maintained in the required CAFM system
  • Managing the cost base through daily operations and management accounting
  • Developing engineers to handle reactive jobs and planned preventative tasks
  • Ensuring statutory compliance and safe working environments
  • Managing the interface with the Kier Helpdesk and/or customer
