Contract Manager

We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield Schools team based in Sheffield.

Location: Sheffield - hybrid available
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00)

We're seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the commercial, financial, and operational delivery of our facilities management contract within Sheffield Schools. This is a safety-critical role where you'll act as the guardian of the contract, ensuring compliance, client satisfaction, and successful service delivery. You'll be the key point of contact for all contractual matters, building strong relationships whilst driving performance and continuous improvement.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Sheffield Schools team, supporting them in delivering exceptional facilities management services. Your day to day will include:

• Ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations, KPIs, and SLAs, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and governance reviews
• Managing contract budgets, forecasts, and financial performance whilst identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting regular meetings and producing performance reports
• Leading and mentoring hard and soft services teams, fostering an inclusive workplace culture and supporting professional development
• Overseeing risk management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure efficiency, compliance, and sustainability standards are met
