Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Cambridge CC Contract Administration team based in Cambridge.
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Support Advisor, you'll be working within the Cambridge CC Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective service coordination across reactive and planned maintenance works.
Your day to day will include:
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record and distribute service calls via the CAFAM system
- Raising and allocating work orders for Kier engineers and subcontractors, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Monitoring inboxes, scheduling works, arranging site escorts, and managing delays to meet SLA requirements
- Reviewing and updating work orders, chasing paperwork, and ensuring completion with correct documentation
- Supporting Contract Managers and providing cover across other regions when required
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:
- You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
- You demonstrate accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- You can create and maintain effective working relationships across teams
- You are able to work collaboratively, ethically, and with a clear focus on service delivery
A Full Driving Licence is not required for this role.
