Customer Service Advisor

We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working not available, this role is office based
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team supporting operational and office-based colleagues in delivering efficient service delivery.

Your day to day will include:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system
  • Raising new work orders for Contract Managers
  • Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers
  • Monitoring the Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes
  • Ordering engineer uniforms

What are we looking for?

This role of Call Handling Advisor is great for you if:

  • You have an excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have proven IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
  • You have accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
  • CTC Clearance is required for this role
