Customer Service Advisor
We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Huntingdon team based in Huntingdon.
Location: Huntingdon
Hours: 37 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be a vital point of contact for our customers, planning appointments and delivering front-line support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about providing exceptional service and making a real difference to people's day-to-day experience. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and help us meet our targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Huntingdon team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service. Your day to day will include:
- Planning and confirming appointments with customers using the most appropriate communication methods
- Handling customer queries and directing them to the right teams for resolution
- Managing outbound and inbound contact across multiple channels including social media, live chat, WhatsApp and text messaging
- Keeping systems and databases up to date to ensure smooth operations
- Proactively managing your workload to meet key targets and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

- You have experience in a customer service environment, particularly over the phone within an office or depot setting
- You possess excellent IT and communication skills
