Digital Construction Coordinator
We're looking for a Digital Construction Co-ordinator to join our Construction team based in agile working locations.
Location: Agile working where possible
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our digital construction function, where you'll enable the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. You'll be part of a team of over 30 industry professionals, helping to drive digital transformation across our construction projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards including ISO 19650.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Digital Construction Co-ordinator, you'll be working within the digital construction team, supporting them in delivering projects right first time, every time through digital tools and innovation. Your day to day will include:
- Providing ongoing user support and training for all project stakeholders on digital construction software
- Ensuring BIM Execution Plans are delivered against and the Common Data Environment adheres to ISO 19650
- Contributing to monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation and maturity within projects
- Supporting the adoption of digital first mentality across functional departments including estimating, design management, and planning
- Promoting continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and sharing innovative ideas
What are we looking for?
This role of Digital Construction Co-ordinator is great for you if:
- You're a strong communicator who can build positive working relationships with diverse teams and supply chain partners
- You have a sound understanding of the ISO 19650 series and openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie
- You're enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional ways of working
- You have experience with software tools to view and interrogate models, plus good skills in Microsoft Office 365
- You're resilient, positive, and driven with a passion for supporting continuous improvement
