Digital Graduate

We're looking for a Digital Graduate to join our Digital team based in either Leeds/Bristol/Birmingham.

Location: Based in one of our offices in either Leeds, Bristol or Birmingham

Hours: 40 hours per week 

Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum 

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k  

Starting date: September 2027

Assessment centre dates according to your local region:

• London - 30th November/1st December 2026
• Salford - 8th and 9th December 2026
• Birmingham - 13th and 14th January 2027

As a Digital Graduate, you'll gain valuable experience across multiple disciplines including GIS, 4D Planning and Digital Delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to develop into a well-rounded digital professional whilst providing flexible support across business requirements. You'll work alongside teams across Kier Design, supporting a diverse range of infrastructure and construction projects whilst developing your understanding of the wider business.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Digital Graduate, you'll be working within the Digital team, supporting them in delivering innovative digital solutions across construction projects. Your day to day will include:

• Supporting the GIS team with project delivery and workload requirements
• Assisting the 4D Planning team with Synchro modelling and project support activities
• Supporting Digital Delivery initiatives, including digital construction activities and general project support
• Assisting with data analysis, reporting and digital innovation activities across the business
• Contributing to the development and continual improvement of digital workflows and standards

What are we looking for?

This role of Digital Graduate is great for you if you:

• Hold a degree (or are working towards one) in Graphic Design, Games Development, Construction Management Planning, GIS, Geography, BIM or a closely related discipline
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing a career in digital construction and the construction industry, with clear motivation to learn and develop professionally
• Can prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively whilst maintaining high standards
• Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and knowledge, and the ability to adapt in response to feedback
• Hold a Full driving licence
