- Overseeing project finances, including revenue, costs, and cashflow, whilst identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
- Promoting a strong safety, health, and wellbeing culture across all project activities, ensuring full compliance with Kier policies and statutory regulations
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through clear communication and collaborative working
What are we looking for?
This role of Electrical Project Manager is great for you if:

- You hold or are working towards professional membership (such as CIOB or RICS), along with CSCS and SMSTS qualifications
- You possess excellent commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to health, safety, and risk management
- You're an outstanding communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels, with strong organisational skills
- You have a solid understanding of construction methods, technology, and contract conditions, with proven IT competency and planning expertise
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
