Field Performance Manager

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in either Ipswich, Norwich or Kings Lynn. 

 

Location: Ipswich, Norwich or Kings Lynn. 

Hours: 45 hours per week 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

Working closely with Developer Services Managers within Design, Scheduling and Safety, you will
organise, support and manage field resources, ensuring efficiency and effective execution of work in a 
cost effective and productive manner. 

Your day to day will include:

  • Ensure the day-to-day organisation and planning of labour and resources to ensure a safe and 
    efficient delivery of schemes
  • Ensure all Health & Safety legislation is complied with
  • Investigate any quality issues that may arise and facilitate a resolution
  • Attend site meetings with all stakeholders
  • Contribute to design and methodology of our new connections work

What are we looking for?

This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:

  • Experience within the water industry
  • NRSWA Supervisor, IOS Managing Safely or SMSTS tickets
    Version - September 22
  • Knowledge of CDM legislation and the Traffic Management Act 
  • Full Driving Licence
