General Operative

We're looking for a General Operative to join our Pheonix Energy team based in Newtownabbey.

Location: Newtownabbey
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, please let us know when you speak to us.

As a General Operative, you'll play a vital role in our Pheonix Energy team, helping us achieve our clients' targets. You'll be working across a variety of tasks in a supportive environment where your contribution really matters. This is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same, offering you the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a collaborative team.

What will you be responsible for?

As a General Operative, you'll be working within the Pheonix Energy team, supporting them in achieving the clients' targets. Your day to day will include:

• Carrying out digging, labouring and general civils work
• Delivering plant and equipment to site
• Following health and safety procedures and processes at all times
• Maintaining work records using a tablet which will be provided
• Promoting wellbeing and building an inclusive workplace

This role of General Operative is great for you if:

• You hold a full driving licence
• You're comfortable working in all weather conditions
• You enjoy working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to reach innovative solutions
• You're someone who delivers what they promise and acts safely and ethically
• You're clear, disciplined and thorough in your approach to work
