Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator

Location: HMP Glasgow – With flexibility to travel/relocate across the region
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum + Car Allowance & relocation package (on some contracts)
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to a Digital Construction Coordinator role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2026

What will you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator, you'll be working within the Construction team supporting a verity of digitally enabled projects cross varying sectors. The Graduate Digital Construction Coordinator role sits within our Digital Construction function will focus on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use. The candidate will be aware of the information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry / Kier standards and helping to deliver against client requirements.
The successful candidate will report ongoing progress and highlight any risk to the project team and / or their line manager to ensure support is given to achieve accelerated and consistent adoption of digital construction techniques.
What will your day-to-day duties include?
- Support the digital construction team in educating and raising awareness with respect to our digital deliverables on projects
- Develop technical skills related to model viewing and federation software to holistically review graphical information and assist with the clash detection and the issue management processes to coordinate tasks
- Develop technical skills to review model data related to client information requirements
- Support the delivery of BIM and digital training to internal colleagues and external consultants / subcontractors
- Liaise with external consultants to ensure project deliverables are maintained in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Construction Management / Architecture / Structural Engineer / Building Services or a related field.
