Head of Digital Construction
We're looking for a Head of Digital Construction to join our Construction team.
Location: Flexible across the UK
Hours: 08:30 – 17:00 (Flexible) - some flexibility on hours available, if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

The Head of Digital Construction is responsible for deploying Kier's digital strategy into consistent, high-quality, delivery across all live projects. You'll act as the critical link between strategic direction and regional project execution, ensuring that digital standards, tools, and processes are embedded, adopted, and measured across the business. This is an opportunity to lead digital transformation, drive compliance, and improve productivity through innovative, data-driven delivery.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Head of Digital Construction, you'll be working within the central Digital team, supporting regional businesses in embedding digital excellence across all live projects. Your day to day will include:
- Enforcing minimum digital delivery standards and driving compliance with ISO 19650, Building Safety Act, and internal standards
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of digital delivery frameworks, templates, and governance structures
- Supporting the deployment and optimisation of digital tools, including AI-driven reporting and automated workflows
- Championing digital competence through structured training, coaching, and capability development programmes
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and delivery risk through digital interventions and structured data insight
What are we looking for?
This role of Head of Digital Construction is a great for you if:
- You have strong knowledge of ISO 19650, information management, and digital construction practices
- You've led digital delivery across multiple projects, offices, or a region with proven results
- You're experienced in implementing standards, frameworks, and governance in live operational environments
- You have strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability across all levels of an organisation
- You bring a data-driven mindset with a focus on performance measurement and continuous improvement
