HR Administrator
We're looking for a HR Administrator to join our Kier Places Ministry of Justice and Home Office team.
Location: Flexible on location - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices as required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Fixed Term Contract Until 30th September 2027 - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As an HR Administrator with a focus on TUPE & Workforce Change, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contracts. This fixed-term position offers you the opportunity to work with complex people change processes while developing your HR expertise in a supportive environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR team, supporting them in delivering successful workforce transitions. Your day to day will include:
- Managing and maintaining accurate Employee Liability Information (ELI) for TUPE transfers
- Supporting HR Business Partners with consultation processes and documentation
- Ensuring data integrity across HR systems and programme trackers
- Preparing employment documentation and responding to HR queries
- Contributing to workforce planning and reporting activities
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Administrator is great for you if:
- You have experience of working within TUPE processes
- You have exceptional attention to detail and take pride in maintaining accurate records
- You're comfortable working with data and have strong Microsoft Excel skills
- You possess excellent organisational abilities and can manage multiple priorities
- You're a collaborative team player who builds positive relationships
- You can handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
