HR Administrator
We're looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden - hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 1-2 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our friendly and supportive HR Shared Services team where you'll play a vital role in delivering excellent employee experiences. As an HR Administrator, you'll be processing important employee changes and providing first-class administrative support across the employee lifecycle. What will you be responsible for?
As an HR Administrator, you'll be working within the HR Shared Services team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective HR administration. Your day to day will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing helpful guidance on terms and conditions, pay, and other HR-related topics
- Processing employee lifecycle changes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with GDPR
- Producing correspondence to employees and maintaining accurate employee records
- Managing and responding to cases from internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting the team to meet service level agreements
What are we looking for?
This role of HR Administrator is great for you if:
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- You're highly organised with strong attention to detail and can manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- You have experience in a high-volume administration role, ideally within HR Shared Services or a similar environment
- You're proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
