- Managing commercial resources to maximise planned gross margin through effective contract placement and control
- Undertaking procurement activities, subcontract administration, and valuation of project progress
- Producing monthly cost reports, risk and opportunity management, and cashflow forecasts
- Assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks whilst ensuring compliance with Kier Group policies
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders
What are we looking for?
This role of Quantity Surveyor (MEPH) is great for you if:

- You have a clear understanding of main forms of contract such as JCT and NEC, with proven experience in delivering projects
- You possess technical understanding of MEPH services, components, and package interfaces
- You hold a Full driving licence, SMSTS/CSCS card (or are willing to obtain these)
- You're a proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills who thrives working both independently and collaboratively
We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
