The Office Manager is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the regional office, ensuring a professional, safe, and efficient working environment. You'll provide administrative leadership, support operational teams, and ensure compliance with Kier processes and policies. Acting as a central point of coordination, you'll enable the team to focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and to budget.

  • Overseeing daily office operations, managing facilities, supplies, and ensuring health and safety compliance
  • Providing high-quality administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination, and document control
  • Supporting finance processes such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and tracking budgets
  • Coordinating onboarding for new starters and supporting HR administration tasks
  • Acting as first point of contact for visitors and stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional office culture

What are we looking for?

This role of Office Manager is great for you if:

  • You have proven experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar role
  • You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach
  • You're highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • You can work independently, take initiative, and maintain accurate records with strong attention to detail

We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome! So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
