Office Manager
We're looking for an Office Manager / Senior Administrator to join our team based in the North West of England
Location: North West of England
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Manager / Senior Administrator to coordinate our project administration team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across our project offices, managing facilities and support services whilst implementing efficient administrative procedures. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office environment and make a real impact on our team's success.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Office Manager / Senior Administrator, you'll be working within the project administration team, supporting them in delivering exceptional administrative services. Your day to day will include:
- Managing cost capture and control processes, including invoice verification and processing
- Recording and processing payroll information, time and attendance records, and managing labour allocation
- Producing weekly cost reports covering labour, plant and materials, and monthly cost monitoring
- Coordinating reception duties, meeting room management and office facilities
- Leading the administration team to ensure smooth project office operations
What are we looking for?
This role of Office Manager / Senior Administrator is great for you if:
- You're computer literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages
- You have practical understanding of finance systems (Oracle and CPA experience preferred)
- You're familiar with time and attendance and access control systems
- You enjoy building collaborative relationships across teams and with stakeholders
- You're thorough, detail-focused and take pride in delivering on your promises
