  • Working collaboratively with project managers and contractors to align resident engagement with project schedules and milestones
  • Communicating project updates, works programs, access requirements, and safety protocols to residents in a clear and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions and providing regular reports on engagement status and any concerns

What are we looking for?

This role of Resident Liaison Officer is great for you if:

  • You have demonstrable experience in a customer service role, delivering first-class support within either the public or private sector
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
  • You have strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your own workload
  • You're comfortable responding to changing priorities and working collaboratively with diverse teams to meet deadlines
  • You have IT literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
