Operational Support Manager
We're looking for an Operational Support Manager to join our PFI London Fire team based out of London.
Location: Hybrid
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with one hour for lunch
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Kier Places is seeking an Operational Support Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of facilities management services across multiple fire stations. You'll be instrumental in providing operational and administrative support, driving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards across all contractual obligations. What will you be responsible for?
As an Operational Support Manager, you'll be working within the contract team, supporting them in delivering exceptional facilities management services. Your day to day will include:
- Supporting Contract Managers with day-to-day operations, ensuring all reactive and planned maintenance works are executed to agreed standards
- Developing and maintaining KPI reports and trackers to monitor compliance and performance across the contract
- Collating and analysing data to create accurate, insightful reports for monthly and quarterly client reviews
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Acting as a key point of contact for administrative support, fostering positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
What are we looking for?
This role of Operational Support Manager is great for you if:
- You have proven experience in a contract support or similar role within the facilities management industry
- You possess strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience in reporting and data visualisation
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- You have a solid understanding of KPIs and contractual performance monitoring
