Operative

We're looking for an Operative to join our Thames Water team based in the Thames Water region.

 

Location: Mobile role visiting sites across the Thames Water region with a focus on Oxfordshire & Berkshire. Company van is provided as part of the role

Hours: 45 hours per week 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As an Operative, you'll be working within the Thames Water team working with them on our Sewage Treatment sites.

Your day to day will include:

  • Delivering and collecting materials to the various sites on the patch
  • Assisting the team with basic site set ups
  • Basic construction tasks with manual handling playing a large part of the role

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Operative is great for you if:

  • Have a good understanding of health and safety principles
  • Have a background in a construction/utilities environment
  • As this a mobile role, a full driving license is a must
