Organisational Development and Performance Manager
We're looking for an Organisational Development and Performance Manager to join our The Kier Way team.
Location: UK Wide - hybrid working available, with travel to sites and offices required 3 days per week.
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery and embedding of our Group Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) Strategy across the division. You'll translate our strategic vision into practical, meaningful and measurable impact, working in partnership with divisional leadership to align behavioural priorities with business objectives. Your work will strengthen operational performance across safety, quality, sustainability and overall delivery, ensuring The Kier Way becomes part of everyday practice.
What will you be responsible for?
As an Organisational Development and Performance Manager, you'll be working within the The Kier Way team, supporting them in delivering and embedding the HOP Strategy across the business. Your day to day will include:
- Applying behavioural insights to support cultural initiatives that improve safety, quality, sustainability, engagement and overall performance
- Translating The Kier Way strategy into aligned divisional delivery, ensuring consistency and practical impact
- Partnering with and coaching leaders and stakeholders to strengthen decision-making, leadership consistency and a values-led culture
- Leading, supporting and developing behavioural capability across teams, ensuring practical tools and interventions are effectively applied
- Monitoring cultural and behavioural impact and sharing insights to support continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
This role of Organisational Development and Performance Manager is great for you if:
- You have experience in applying behavioural science, psychology, or organisational development
- You possess strong facilitation skills with excellent communication and the ability to advise and influence stakeholders at all levels
- You're comfortable working with data, presenting findings clearly, and collaborating proactively
- You enjoy working closely with others to reach innovative solutions and build effective relationships across teams
- You're committed to delivering what you promise, acting safely and ethically whilst caring about the environment and communities
