We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Anglian Water framework team based in Lincoln.

 

Location: Lincoln


Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

Working on the Anglian Water IOS framework, you'll support the pre-construction phase by managing document control, assisting with tender processes, and coordinating between key stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where your organisational skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

As a Project Coordinator, you'll be working within the Support Services team, supporting them in delivering successful pre-construction outcomes.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Creating and maintaining folder structures for each project and uploading project documents
  • Supporting the pre-construction team with tender strategies and checking submissions against deliverables
  • Ensuring necessary project documentation for handover meetings is complete for a smooth transition to constructio

 

What are we looking for?

 

This role of Project Coordinator is great for you if you hold:

 

  • Experience working within a construction environment with an admin function
  • Excellent IT and communication skills
  • Full driving licence
