Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team based in Lincoln.
Location: Lincoln - hybrid working available, but with at least weekly attendance at the office required along with attendance at site meetings and meetings with clients and other key stakeholders as necessary. It is anticipated that this role will mostly service projects in Lincolnshire but travel to other locations outside the County may be required as necessary to suit workload demands
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

In this role, you will provide essential project management services, which can be to both internal and external clients but will predominantly involve working on projects for Lincolnshire County Council within the County within a supportive environment where your contributions truly matter. What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager, you will be working within the Project Management team, supporting them in delivering high-quality project management services across a diverse portfolio. Your day to day will include:
- Developing and maintaining project plans, risk registers, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Creating and managing project schedules using MS Project, managing project budgets and internal resources using the company's finance systems
- Facilitating workshops, managing project meetings and producing clear progress reports for clients and stakeholders
- Undertaking contract administration, advising on procurement strategies and managing change control processes within client governance frameworks
- Ensuring projects meet health, safety, and environmental requirements whilst supporting continuous improvement through lessons learned
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager is great for you if:
- You hold an HNC/HND or equivalent qualification, as a minimum, in a discipline relevant to the built environment, along with APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification and Membership of APM
- You have experience delivering project management or project support roles on a number of medium to high complexity projects valued over £5m and/or as the lead PM for a number of projects valued between £500k-£5m
- You are confident presenting complex information and building effective relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail
- You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working with others to find innovative solutions and deliver results that matter
