Project Manager - Property Residential / Regeneration
We're looking for a Project Manager - Property Residential / Regeneration to join our Property Team based in London.
Location: London – hybrid working available, with travel to the office required 3 days per week
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility available, just let is know when speak with us

What will you be responsible for?
As a Project Manager - Property Residential / Regeneration, you'll be working within the Property Solum Joint Venture team, supporting them in delivering complex residential and mixed-use regeneration schemes.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing project delivery from acquisition through to post-construction completion
- Leading site due diligence and risk management
- Overseeing consultant and contractor appointments and monitoring construction delivery
- Ensuring social value targets are met and recorded
- Supporting planning applications and managing scheme close-out
What are we looking for?
This role of Project Manager - Property Residential / Regeneration is great for you if:
- You have excellent problem-solving skills and strong commercial awareness
- You're confident managing complex processes and multiple stakeholders
- You have outstanding communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- You have a good understanding of sustainability and social value
- A Full Driving Licence is desirable but not essential
- MRICS membership is encouraged but not required
