Quantity Surveyor
We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our building solutions team team based in London.
Location: London
Hours: 40 hours a week
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the building solutions team, supporting them in delivering high-quality refurbishment and re-cladding projects across London.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin
- Tendering, evaluating, and appointing consultants and subcontractors, and placing orders for materials and plant
- Measuring and valuing work to support invoicing and payments
- Identifying and negotiating variations to contracts
- Producing monthly reports and forecasts including VCRs and End Life Forecasts
What are we looking for?
This role of Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You have relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable)
- You have experience in a similar role with strong organisational and communication skills
- You're confident using Microsoft Office and other IT packages
- You're flexible, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
If a driving licence is required, it does not need to be a UK Driving Licence, just a Full Driving Licence
