We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Kier Places team based in London.

Location: London - Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

The Resident Liaison Officer is a vital member of the operations team responsible for ensuring effective communication and engagement with residents during fire safety remediation and recladding projects. You'll be working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams to support smooth project delivery by minimising disruption and addressing residents' concerns promptly.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the operations team, supporting them in delivering first-class resident engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Your day to day will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Working collaboratively with project managers and site teams to align resident engagement activities with project schedules
  • Keeping residents informed about works programmes, access requirements, and safety protocols in a clear and timely manner
  • Maintaining accurate logs of resident interactions and providing regular reports on engagement status and any concerns
  • Coordinating resident access permissions safely, in line with health and safety policies and project requirements

What are we looking for?

This role of Resident Liaison Officer is great for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar role delivering first-class customer service in either the public or private sector
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build positive relationships
  • You're highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
  • You can respond flexibly to changing priorities and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
  • You're confident using IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
