Sector Director
- Develop and lead the Justice & Borders sector strategy across new build, refurbishment, and FM
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with MoJ, SPS, Home Office, and other key stakeholders
- Drive work-winning efforts, framework success, and project delivery across all business units
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and standardised design in justice projects
- Lead a high-performing, inclusive team and promote Kier's values across the sector

Extensive experience in design and construction

Experience working with Public Sector clients. Justice sector experience would be an advantage.

Strong commercial and contractual awareness

Proven ability to lead strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive sector growth
