Senior Engineer
We're looking for a Senior Electrical Project Engineer to join our Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip.
Location: Wanlip STW (Leicestershire) - some remote working available
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be working within the Wanlip WwTW Projects team, supporting them in delivering high-quality ICA operations. Your day to day will include:
- Leading and managing a team of ICA engineers, overseeing recruitment and professional development
- Managing programme works both upstream (client-facing) and downstream (sub-contracts)
- Coordinating the procurement, delivery and installation of all instrumentation, control and automation systems
- Ensuring project quality, safety standards and commercial targets are met
- Collaborating with the Engineering Manager on design reviews and client-facing technical meetings
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Electrical Project Engineer-ICA is great for you if:
- You have relevant qualifications (HNC/Degree) and are chartered with IET or working towards it
- You bring experience managing ICA delivery on major projects including SCADA, PLC systems and process control networks
- You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture partnerships with clients
- You enjoy mentoring team members and creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives thrive
- You're enthusiastic about continuous improvement and bring a collaborative approach to problem-solving
