Senior MEP Planner

We have an excellent opportunity for an MEP (Mechanical Electrical & Plumbing) planner to join a flagship project near Glasgow.

Location: HMP Glasgow - Robroyston 

Hours: Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, we can consider flexible patters or part time

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MEP Planner to join our team on a landmark construction project. This role is critical to ensuring the successful integration and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) systems across a complex build environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and critique subcontractor MEP programmes to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
• Collaborate with delivery partners to suggest improvements and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate sequencing and buildability with MEP and construction subcontractors to optimise delivery.
• Monitor and report on progress across all MEP elements, providing clear insights and updates to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in planning roles within major construction projects, ideally with MEP focus.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction sequencing, and programme management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in planning software (e.g. Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject).
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
