We're looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our Pre Construction team based in Solihull, West Midlands.

Location: Solihull, West Midlands

We're seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll lead multiple projects from inception through to contract award, whilst mentoring and supporting another Pre-Construction Managers. You'll be instrumental in creating innovative solutions that exceed client expectations, balancing technical excellence with sustainable business outcomes.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be working within the Pre Construction team, supporting them in winning and delivering outstanding projects across multiple sectors. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing pre-construction staff and overseeing project delivery from inception to contract award
  • Leading the design process, cost planning, and estimating to meet client requirements
  • Engaging with the business development team to identify opportunities and create winning tender submissions
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, design teams, and supply chain partners
  • Identifying risks and opportunities whilst implementing our sustainability strategy to optimise design solutions
