Senior Project Manager
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team based in Stansted, Essex.
Location: Stansted, Essex
Hours: Full-time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee the delivery of high-value, technically complex construction projects. You'll be working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, achieving completion on time and on budget whilst maintaining our focus on safety and quality. As a senior member of the team, you'll also act as a mentor, sharing your knowledge and experience to help develop others.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the project team, supporting them in delivering exceptional results for our clients. Your day to day will include:
- Leading projects from pre-construction through to successful delivery
- Managing project budgets, programmes and resources to meet client expectations
- Selecting and guiding project teams, ensuring effective performance against timescales and budget
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders
- Identifying solutions to technical and logistical challenges, ensuring quality throughout
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:
- You have significant experience in leading construction projects from pre-construction to delivery
- You have demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programmes effectively
- You possess strong communication skills and can produce clear reports for leadership
- You have expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions
- You hold a Full driving licence and relevant construction qualification at degree level or equivalent
