Senior Quantity Surveyor
We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Norwich
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

In this role, you will be working on the Anglian Water contract part of the IOS team (integrated operational solutions). The team work across multiple disciplines including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation on water recycling solutions and the clean water base. We incorporate new construction, replacements or repairs spanning across the Anglian Water region.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in managing the delivery of designated contract objectives within a wider commercial setting. The role will include delivery of set commercial objectives in relation to profitability and cash collection and providing commercial advice to operational counterparts.
Your day to day will include:
- Provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team
- Ensure that commercial and administrative systems, budgets and cost control procedures are utilised
- Produce cash flow forecasts and ensure that cash flow is maximised
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you hold:
- Experience at a senior level in relevant industry or equivalent
- Possess an appropriate qualification and have sound commercial and business knowledge
- Thorough understanding of NEC suite of contracts or similar
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and IT skills
- Full driving licence
