Your day to day will include:

- Proactively managing commercial risks and opportunities, working closely with operational colleagues to ensure project decisions are well-informed and governed
What are we looking for?
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You have demonstrable experience as a Quantity Surveyor on construction, infrastructure or rail projects, ideally within a main contractor environment
- You have a strong working knowledge of construction contract conditions, including NEC contracts and the management of compensation events and commercial risk
- You have practical experience managing subcontract accounts independently and preparing client applications for payment
- You possess strong commercial judgement with the ability to identify risk, challenge assumptions and work collaboratively across teams
- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline
