SHE Coordinator
We're looking for a SHE Coordinator to join our East West Rail team in St Neots, with regular site travel across the route. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll make a real impact on safety and wellbeing while being supported by a team that puts people and career development first.
Location: St. Neots, Cambridgeshire with regular travel to operational sites throughout the route and some remote working
Hours: Permanent Fulltime 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000 per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As a SHE Coordinator, you'll Assist with developing and implementing Kier systems for assessment and monitoring our Health and Safety performance.
Working closely with a collaborative Health, Safety and Wellbeing team, you'll help maintain high safety standards and drive continuous improvement across the East West Rail route.
- Collation and reporting of data on Health and Safety for contribution to corporate, contract and other reporting requirements
- Collecting and reporting health and safety data, ensuring accurate records of accidents, incidents and safety observations
- Supporting the Health, Safety and Wellbeing Managers with meetings, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across teams and supply chain partners
- Ensuring Health and Safety information is provided/received in a timely and professional manner
- Provide assistance to the Health and Safety Managers to promote improvement

This role of SHE Coordinator is great if you have:
- Hold or working towards or willing to undertake recognised SHE qualifications
- Ability and commitment to promote Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives and culture
- Organised and capable of working with minimal direction
- A full driving licence
