Site Engineer
We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Yorkshire Water Framework based in Leeds
Location: Leeds
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Join our collaborative Yorkshire Water team where your skills will directly contribute to essential water infrastructure projects that serve communities across the region. This role offers a perfect balance of technical engineering work, relationship building, and the chance to grow professionally in a supportive environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Engineer, you'll be working within the Yorkshire Water Framework, supporting them in meeting the requirements of the AMP8 Framework.
Your day to day will include:
- Managing survey controls, setting gridlines, and conducting land surveying activities with precision and care
- Creating and reviewing quality documents while maintaining detailed records using digital tools
- Collaborating with the project team and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery
- Ensuring quality control for all materials used on site and completing all required testing
- Supporting graduate engineers in their professional development journey
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Engineer is great for you if:
- You have a degree/HND or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- You bring site engineering experience in civil engineering or construction
- You hold a full driving licence and CSCS card
- You hold an SMSTS certificate and enjoy collaborative teamwork
