Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our water team based in Lincoln.

 

Location: Lincoln


Hours: 45 hours per week 

 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of site work, focusing specifically on SHEQ, time and cost on our Anglian Water IOS framework. You'll be working alongside collaborative teams to ensure construction activities are delivered to the highest standards, managing projects from start to finish while championing health, safety and wellbeing throughout.

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the IOS team, supporting them in delivering construction projects safely and efficiently.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading SHEQ performance on projects, including conducting periodic visits and maintaining comprehensive records
  • Managing all Health & Safety matters on site, including weekly inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements
  • Overseeing multiple concurrent projects by proactively managing site-based supervisors and delivery teams
  • Working with the Resource Manager to coordinate direct labour and supply chain to ensure compliance with project deliverables
  • Procuring plant, materials and specialist subcontractors to deliver projects within tender allowances and agreed programmes

 

What are we looking for?

 

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you hold:

 

  • Experience within the water recycling sector
  • Sound commercial and contractual awareness
  • Excellent organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations
  • Full driving licence
