Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Anglian Water region team based in the Lincoln Anglian Water region.

Location: Lincoln
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on the delivery of infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region. As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards from start to finish. Working collaboratively with project engineers, supervisors and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone can contribute and succeed.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the delivery team, supporting them in achieving safe, high-quality project completion. Your day to day will include:

  • Leading site teams, creating a collaborative culture and ensuring everyone has the skills and training they need
  • Planning and managing site activities to deliver projects on time, to specification and within budget
  • Maintaining safety, health, environment and quality standards across all site operations
  • Monitoring progress and costs, working with commercial colleagues to manage change and resolve issues
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, providing clear updates and championing continuous improvement

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • You hold SMSTS qualification and a relevant management CSCS card
  • You have NRSWA Supervisor qualification
  • You have experience managing construction sites, direct labour and subcontractors
  • You're a confident communicator with strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital project systems
