We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based across various site locations.

Location: Site Based
Hours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering construction projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be responsible for managing operational resources and leading site teams to ensure customer satisfaction while maximising project success. What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering exceptional projects across education, health, defence, and other key sectors. Your day to day will include:

  • Implementing and complying with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures across all site activities
  • Leading, managing and motivating operational site staff to achieve their full potential
  • Managing communications and relationships with clients, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships to ensure satisfactory completion and improved value
  • Implementing operational project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification
  • You have qualification and/or experience in leading operational construction projects
  • You are professionally qualified or working towards membership of a Professional Body
  • You can demonstrate and evidence your experience in a site management role
  • You're an excellent communicator who can influence at all levels, highly organised and driven to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction
