We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based in various locations.

 

Location: Rainham
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours a week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

As a Site Manager within our Construction business, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality projects safely and on time. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders. What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Your day to day will include:

  • Managing operational resources, including people and physical assets, to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
  • Leading and motivating site teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Implementing health and safety policies and ensuring full compliance with all regulations and best practices
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing any challenges proactively to deliver excellent results

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

  • You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS certification
  • You have proven experience in a site management role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects
  • You're working towards or hold professional membership with a relevant professional body
  • You're an excellent communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels
  • You're highly organised, proactive, and committed to achieving outstanding client satisfaction
