Site Manager
We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on an Education project in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position for 52 weeks to see the project through to completion and handover.
Location: Great Yarmouth, Norfolk
Hours: 42.5 per week - This is a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) position for 52 weeks to see the project through to completion and handover.
Project: £50m Education project in Great Yarmouth

As a Site Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing projects to life, managing operational resources to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. Working closely with your team and clients, you'll create positive outcomes while maximising customer satisfaction and project success. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering exceptional projects. Your day to day will include:
- Implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental policies across the site
- Leading, motivating, and supporting operational staff to achieve their best
- Managing relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
- Overseeing the operational project plan and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
What are we looking for?
This role of Site Manager is great for you if:
- You hold a CSCS card and SMSTS qualification
- You have proven experience in a site management role
- You're working towards or hold professional membership with a relevant body
- You're an excellent communicator who can influence and build relationships at all levels
- You're highly organised, driven, and focused on achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
