We're looking for a Third Party and Stakeholder Manager to join our United Utilities Framework based in Warrington.

Location: Warrington
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Third Party and Stakeholder Manager, you'll lead the coordination of third party, customer, community and stakeholder matters across our water projects. You'll provide essential oversight and guidance to project teams, ensuring risks and opportunities are understood and managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle. This role sits at the heart of how we engage with communities, customers and partners, making sure everyone's voice is heard and their needs are met.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Third Party and Stakeholder Manager, you'll be working within the United Utilities team, supporting them in delivering successful water infrastructure projects through excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading the coordination of stakeholder activities and providing guidance to project teams on third party risks and customer impacts
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local authorities, statutory bodies, customers and community stakeholders
  • Managing customer enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience
  • Coordinating streetworks, consents and third-party approvals to keep projects moving forward
  • Contributing to social value and community engagement initiatives that make a real difference locally

  • You have proven experience in stakeholder management, customer or community engagement across projects
  • You're skilled at building relationships, influencing others and finding solutions that work for everyone
  • You can juggle competing priorities and manage your time effectively to deliver results
  • You have strong communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit different audiences
  • You understand water industry projects or have transferrable experience from collaborative environments
