We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based in the North West of England

Location: North West of England 
Hours: 45 per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join us as a Sub Agent and you'll play a key role in managing and delivering successful projects. You'll oversee daily site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in construction management whilst making a real impact on important infrastructure projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Sub Agent, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering exceptional project outcomes.

Your day to day will include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards
  • Coordinating with engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow
  • Monitoring progress against project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions
  • Conducting site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance
  • Supporting the Site Agent in managing resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to maximise efficiency

What are we looking for?

This role of Sub Agent is great for you if:

  • You have experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision
  • You hold a qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • You have a strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards
  • You're able to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
  • You hold a Full driving licence and are willing to travel between project sites as required
