Sub-Agent
We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our team based in Wisley, Surrey.
Location: Wisley, Surrey
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a Sub-Agent, you'll play a vital role in managing operational resources to deliver civil and structural works at Wisley STW. You'll be supporting the Agent in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maximising customer satisfaction and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on important infrastructure projects.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the team, supporting them in delivering all civil and structural works. Your day to day will include:
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems
- Managing day-to-day activities in line with the main programme, ensuring works are delivered to specification
- Overseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources, ensuring accurate recording
- Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance and delivery
- Leading site engineers and ensuring quality assurance reporting and daily monitoring is carried out
What are we looking for?
This role of Sub-Agent is great for you if:
- You have a relevant qualification such as a Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC or Degree
- You have demonstrable management skills with experience in leading and developing teams
- You're commercially aware with excellent organisational and communication skills
- You have strong leadership and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to work
- You hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card
