Systems Co-Ordinator

Kier Construction have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Systems Coordinator 

Location: Stepps, Scotland 

Hours: 37.5 Hours P/W, Monday to Friday

What will you be responsible for?

 

Working with the Quality Management Team, based in Stepps, you will offer administrative support ensuring effective use of our Safety and Quality Management System (Procore), supporting project teams to use systems effectively. 

 

You will be the go-to expert for system coordination, helping site teams navigate and optimise our digital quality tools, from uploading drawings and creating inspection templates to delivering training and troubleshooting queries, your work will directly impact the success of our projects.

 

Your day to day will include:

  • Administer and maintain Procore, including uploading drawings, creating checklists, and managing inspections.
  • Support project teams with customised snagging templates and location-based content.
  • Add and manage users, distribution groups, and subcontractor details.
  • Respond to system queries and provide ad hoc training and induction support.
  • Develop procedures and scripts to improve system usage and understanding

 

What are we looking for?

This role of Quality Systems Coordinator is great for you if you can demonstrate:

 

  • Proven experience in high-volume administrative or support roles.
  • Background in administrative roles within construction, civil engineering, or the built environment.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with stakeholder engagement across sites and offices.
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar quality/project management systems.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Full UK driving licence
