Site Manager

We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Kier Workplace Solutions team.

Location: Crawley – with travel to the office and sites across the region as required

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Workplace Solutions team, supporting them in the safe and efficient delivery of site-based project works.

Your day to day will include:

• Following Kier 5 SHE Basics and standards for all works
• Conducting RAMS reviews and setting contractors to work safely
• Monitoring subcontractors and maintaining accurate project records
• Supporting Project Managers and Senior Project Managers
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if:

• You hold SMSTS/CSCS/IOSH Managing Safely certification
• You have a strong safety culture and excellent communication skills
• You're proficient in MS Office and can work both independently and as part of a team
• You're flexible and able to travel across a wide area for client needs
