Hours: 40 hours per week (0800 – 1700 Monday to Friday)
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
EKFB is a collaboration of four FM companies responsible for constructing the HS2 line, spanning 80 miles from Southam to Wendover. The route includes approximately 30 static compounds and numerous mobile and static welfare cabins. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Mobile Water Technician to ensure water systems within these welfare cabins meet ACOP L8 compliance standards. The role involves monitoring water temperatures, inspecting systems, and maintaining accurate records to uphold water hygiene and safety across the route.

- Conducting routine temperature checks of hot and cold water systems in welfare cabins across the HS2 route
- Monitoring and recording water system performance to ensure compliance with L8 (Legionella) and other relevant standards
- Inspecting water tanks, pipework, and outlets for signs of contamination or inefficiency
- Maintaining accurate logs and compliance records, both digital and paper-based
- Liaising with site teams to coordinate access and minimise operational disruption
What are we looking for?
This role of Mobile Water Technician is great for you if:
- You have previous experience within the water industry or a similar compliance-focused environment
- You hold a Full driving licence and are comfortable travelling across multiple sites
- You have strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and work independently
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can build positive relationships with site teams
- You are committed to safe working practices and have a flexible, adaptable approach to your work
