Working Supervisor

We're looking for a Working Supervisor to join our Kier team based in Essex.

Location: Essex 

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with call-out rota 

What will you be responsible for?

As a Working Supervisor, you'll be working within the Kier team, supporting them in delivering high-quality maintenance services across the customer's estate.

Your day to day will include:

• Managing Kier engineers and subcontractors
• Overseeing reactive, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), and quoted works
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining accurate asset records

This role of WorkingSupervisor is great for you if:

• You have extensive experience in hard services and understand industry standard contracts
• You're experienced in relationship management and have excellent communication skills
• You're a motivated, self-driven team player with a passion for service excellence
