Administrator

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Digital Solutions team based in Trafford Park, Manchester.

 

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester - can offer occasional remote working.

Hours: 6 month Fixed Term Contract -  40 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

 

What will you be responsible for?

As an Administrator you'll be working within the IMT/Ericsson team, supporting them with the MBNL Remedy System.

Your day to day will include:

  • Raising all access request permits within set notice period
  • Carrying out house-keeping of MBNL Remedy system; ensuring no aged requests are open
  • Acting as a point of contact for Ericsson permit team & Kier FE's in order to resolve queries etc
  • Assisting access team with ad-hoc duties where required

What are we looking for?

This role of Administrator is great for you if:

  • You are a confident communicator, both face to face and via phone
  • You are a self starter team player and organised
  • You have knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • You are experienced in data input
