Administrator
We're looking for an Administrator to join our team based in St Neots, Cambridge. You'll work closely with the Senior Office Manager and wider team, contributing to the success of our projects through efficient coordination and attention to detail.
Location: St Neots, Cambridge - travel to the office required with some remote working Hours: Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?
As an Administrator, you'll be an essential part of our project team, providing vital administrative support that keeps everything running smoothly.
Your day to day will include:
- Processing materials, overheads and plant orders whilst maintaining compliance with client procurement processes
- Managing invoice queries and liaising with site teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Processing weekly and monthly payroll for project staff
- Preparing payment requests and conducting cost control checks
- Supporting the Senior Office Manager with various administrative tasks as needed

- Feel confident using Microsoft Office and computerised accounting systems
- Can work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
