We're looking for a Cleaning Operative to join our Facilities Management team based in Lakenham Primary School.

Location: Lakenham Primary School.
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday 15:30-18:30, 3 hours a day) - the school operates over a 52 week period, not just term time. 

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a supportive Facilities Management team, where your contribution makes a real difference to the school community every day.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Cleaning Operative, you'll be working within the Facilities Management team, supporting them in maintaining excellent hygiene standards at Lakenham Primary School. Your day to day will include:

  • Cleaning classrooms, corridors and communal areas to a high standard
  • Sanitising surfaces and floor areas throughout the school
  • Managing waste disposal efficiently and responsibly
  • Maintaining bathroom facilities to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
  • Following COSHH guidelines to ensure safe working practices
